Sandyford House pub in Dublin 18 has been put on the market by CBRE real estate agency, with bids to be due by 16 November.
The 1.7 acre property consists of a part-single and part-two-storey licensed premises, with a public bar, lounge bar, function room and a fully equipped kitchen which extends to a total of 1,230 square metres.
CBRE describe the key benefits of the property as being an excellent redevelopment opportunity, a long-established licensed premises and having a substantial annual turnover.
John Ryan and Peter Garrigan of CBRE say that the pub has attracted interest from a multitude of interested parties, including publicans seeking to expand their property portfolio and developers due to the property's favourable zoning reports the Irish Times.
