Murray's Bar of Kilmainham in Dublin 8 has hit the market with a guiding price of €700,000 from property consultants Morrissey's.
As reported by The Irish Independent, Murray's is located in close proximity to a number of well-known tourist attractions, including the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Kilmainham Gaol, the Irish Museum of Modern Art and Guinness's St. James's Gate Brewery.
The 210 square metre property features a ground floor bar and lounge as well as storage space in the basement, and it is currently the only licensed premises in the centre of Kilmainham.
