Newly-released accounts have revealed that the Mercantile Group made an operating profit of just under €1 million in 2018.
Meanwhile, the group's earnings before interest, tax depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to €5.2 million; the group made a bottom line loss of over €350,000 for the year after servicing its loans; and its assets were valued at €60 million at the end of 2018, as reported by The Irish Times.
Portfolio
The Mercantile Group's portfolio consists of Dublin hospitality venues Café en Seine, The Crafty Fox, The George, Whelan's, NoLita, Opium, Pichet and The Mercantile.
