It's been announced that Galway Bay Brewery will be taking over the Brewbot bar on Belfast's Ormeau Road.
Galway Bay currently runs twelve pubs around the Republic, but, as noted by The Belfast Telegraph, the Brewbot bar takeover represents the first time the brewery has set up shop in Northern Ireland.
The Galway Bay brand has become well known for its wide range of pale ales, stouts and IPAs, including Foam & Fury and Perfect Union.
It's thought that its takeover of the Brewbot bar could get underway this week and that all of the venue's current staff will be retained.
