A former pub in Ardagh, Co. Limerick, will be sold via auction by digital property marketplace firm BidX1 on Tuesday December 15.

BidX1's website states, "The property is arranged over ground and first floors to provide a former public house. The property is in a derelict state.
"We are informed that the property extends to approximately 240 square metres (2,600 square feet)."
The property is located on Ardagh's main street.
Invited Opening Bid
The invited opening bid for the property is €22,000.
