Full and final offers are being sought by Rory Browne of Morrissey's for the Kestrel pub of Dublin 12.
Located in the Dublin suburb of Walkinstown, The Irish Independent reports that the deadline for submitting full and final offers for the premises is Thursday, October 18, at 3pm.
"An Ideal Opportunity"
Commenting on the pub, Browne said, "The Kestrel represents an ideal opportunity to acquire a substantial and well-known suburban licensed premises complemented by function accommodation and investment income.
"This will provide the purchaser with the potential to further develop and enhance the property's existing high-volume food and beverage business."
