Zozimus Bar on Dublin's Anne Street South is teaming up with an assortment of innovative chefs for a series of pop-up events in the coming months.
Lovindublin.com reports that the themes for each event will vary, with the first pop-up, which takes place this evening (Thursday October 19), involving a collaboration with Chinese restaurant MAK at D6 for a night of Dim Sum and oriental treats.
There are two seatings available for the event, one of which begins at 6.30pm, the other of which starts at 8.30, with prices ranging from €7 - €11 for starters and €16 - €22 for main courses. Subsequent pop-up nights are planned to take place monthly on Thursdays for the time being before becoming bi-monthly in the near future.
Explaining the aim of the endeavour, Zozimus said, "the idea down the line would be to invite well-known chefs from Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world to bring their vision of the world to Zozimus Bar to tell their story through the bespoke event working with our mixologists and team."
