Slattery's Pub of Beggar's Bush in Dublin 4 was named Ireland's "Pub of the Year" at the 2017 Irish Pubs Global Awards this week.
The annual event, which took place in Dublin's Mansion House on the evening of Tuesday, 10 October recognises the achievements of Irish pubs from all over the world in a whole host of categories.
On top of taking the title of "Pub of the Year", Slattery's also won the awards for both "Best Marketing Campaign in Ireland" and "Best Marketing Campaign in the world".
Located in close proximity to the Aviva Stadium on Grand Canal Street Upper, Slattery's has become a favourite venue for sporting fans before and after games, and is also popular for its DJ sets and extensive smoking area.
Others winners at the Awards on Tuesday night included Scholars Lounge in Rome, which was named "Global Irish Pub of the Year" and Dead Rabbit New York, which took home the trophy for "Best Global Cocktail Experience".
