Bulmers cider maker C&C Group has announced that it has completed its investment in British pub chain Admiral Taverns.
The news follows September's announcement that C&C had agreed to the purchase of 47% of the Admiral Taverns business.
According to The Irish Times, representatives for Admiral Taverns confirmed today (7 December) that the company has completed on the acquisition of a portfolio of 17 pubs in England and Wales from Heineken's Star Pubs and Bar Business.
Additionally, C&C issued a statement on the Irish and London stock exchanges saying, "all conditions of its investment in Admiral have now been satisfied and the transaction has completed."
