The popular Café en Seine pub on Dublin's Dawson Street recorded sales of €5.6 million last year.
The pub, which recently became part of the Mercantile Group after a large-scale merger was agreed between Capital Bars and the Mercantile Group in February this year.
According to the Irish Independent, the bar enjoyed sales of €5.64 million from 10 December 2014 to 10 December of last year, averaging sales of €100,000 a week.
The pub went into receivership in 2006. According to a receiver extract the pub generated €37.28 million in receipts between 2006 and 2015.
"Café en Seine is one of the premier destinations in Dublin and is trading exceptionally well," said Frank Gleeson, chief executive of the Mercantile Group. "We're looking forward to a very successful and exciting year ahead at the venue."
