Dublin will soon be home to a 'BYO' pop-up cocktail bar called 'Drop Dead Twice', which will run from 13 October until 31 December.
The ticketed pop-up will be held on Francis Street and it recommends people book a 2-hour slot for €20 and to bring a shoulder (350ml) of their favorite spirit. The mixologists, after establishing customers likes and dislikes, will use a wide range of mixers and liqueurs to create five bespoke cocktails from the spirit of choice.
Discussing the pop-up with Dailyedge.ie, Drop Dead Twice said: "When you go to your average cocktail bar the prices can be a little on the steep side, the inclination is always to stick with what you know. With this, you can just say I have some gin, I fancy something sweet. I love this, I really don’t like that. Go!"
It will open from 5pm to 10pm every Thursday to Sunday and will be available for hen and stag do's as well as Christmas and New Years parties. The Drop Dead Twice mixologists added that "Dublin is such a vibrant and exciting place where people are always willing to try something new and experience something different. We think Dubliners will love it".
