Hotel and commercial property consultants Morrissey's have posted a guide price of €650,000 for an investment interest, that doesn't affect the tenants, in Conway's pub of Blackrock.
According to The Irish Independent, Morrissey's has set 3pm on Friday 18 August as the deadline for submitting offers on the premises, based on instructions from the receiver, Tom Kavanagh of Deloitte.
The consultancy company describes the sale as "an excellent opportunity to acquire the investment interest in a well-located south Dublin licensed premises that is centrally positioned within the prime retailing and entertainment location of Blackrock village."
Conway's is currently let on a 15 year full repairing and insuring lease, starting from this year, with an annual rent of €62,500.
