Belfasts 'Luxebar & Dining establishment', Cafe Vaudeville, has been put up for sale with a guide price of £3.5 million.
The two-storey nightspot, located in the city centre of Belfast on Arthur Street, opened in 2004, taking over the premises from a bank.
It describes itself as an “opulent, French baroque-style bar-restaurant” and became known as a haunt for the rich and famous. Cafe Vaudeville has a total area size of 20,404 square feet which consists of a ground floor bar and restaurant, mezzanine and balcony areas and a champagne bar.
The Belfast Telegraph reports the sale is being handled by estate agents Osborne King and McKibbin, who will be entertaining offers until 30 June 2016.
