Hammerson, on behalf of the Dundrum Partnership, has announced that Shasha’s Ltd is to open its first P.F. Chang’s restaurant in Ireland at Dundrum Town Centre.
P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded in the US by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming. Today it has over 300 restaurants in more than 25 other countries across the globe.
Wider Development
The new Dundrum branch will be located in a 4,620 square foot unit in the centre's Upper Pembroke District and will form part of a wider development in the Pembroke District that will reposition existing retail units to create four new restaurants, including the first Irish branch of British healthy fast food chain Leon, and additional leisure space.
The first restaurants within the Dundrum redevelopment are set to open in the last quarter of 2019.
"A Special Addition"
Simon Betty, director of retail for Ireland at Hammerson, said, "We’re delighted that P.F. Chang’s has chosen Dundrum Town Centre to launch its first restaurant in Ireland. It’s a special addition to the centre’s local and international food line-up, which will help establish the Pembroke District as South Dublin’s best dining destination."
Meanwhile, Shasha’s Ltd, the rights-holder of the franchise in Ireland, stated, "We’re thrilled to partner with Dundrum Town Centre to launch P.F. Chang’s in Ireland. We can’t wait to share our authentic, wholesome Chinese and Asian cuisine with new customers."
