Pandox Group Looks Set To Acquire Jurys Inn

Sources have reportedly confirmed the validity of a report by British real-estate publication Estates Gazette stating that Swedish hotel group Pandox is on track to purchase the Jurys Inn business.

According to The Irish Times, the deal involves private equity group Lone Star's 36 Jurys Inn venues in Britain and Ireland as well as one of its six Hilton hotels. Jurys Inn was originally acquired by Lone Star for €900 million in 2015.

Lone Star subsequently sold some hotels, rebranded others and completed a €113 million investment programme. Now the group has apparently named Pandox as their preferred bidder for the Jurys Inn business.
