Co. Kildare's Osprey Hotel is set to redesign its lobby and dining area to incorporate a 130-seat restaurant called Herald & Devoy.
The refurbishment is part of an €11 million investment made by the PREM Group in three of its Irish hotels, which will also see new spa facilities added to the Osprey. Hospitalityenews.ie reports that the new lobby will new include a "casual chic" brasserie that offers coffee-to-go and all day dining.
The project is expected to generate up to 15 new jobs at the venue, with chef Noel Walsh leading the team in the kitchen when the restaurant opens for business.
