Another week and its another new restaurant launch in Dublin in the shape of Angelina's, located to the east of the Baggot Street bridge.
With views out on the Grand Canal, and a terrace area that's yet to be completed, Angelina's is the latest addition to the Press Up Entertainment Group's stable and a sister restaurant of Sophie's at the Dean, which recently picked up an award at the National Hospitality Awards.
Angelina's will focus on what Press Up calls "bold Italian" cooking.
Head Chef Ryan Bell created the all new menu, which the group says is "bursting full of flavor from Italy, with dishes made from the best local and international ingredients".
Angelina's, which will be open from 10am until late, "promises simple, yet beautiful food and a laid back atmosphere that one can enjoy".
The brunch menu includes dishes such as vanilla buttermilk pancakes and rare breed maple glazed pork belly, while lunch is served from midday until 3pm.
Dinner runs from 6pm until close, serving Italian favourites such as handmade pizza which is cooked to order along with signature dishes such as beef bresaola - a three month, air dried Italian meat.
The dinner menu also includes grilled octopus salad and orecchiette - homemade pasta shells.
