The Magic Carpet pub of Cornelscourt, south Co. Dublin, has hit the market for €12 million.
Situated on 2.7 acres of land that's zoned part-residential and part-neighbourhood centre under the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Development Plan 2016-2022, The Magic Carpet's site also includes two houses on land behind the pub.

The pub itself has a 27-space car park and an adjacent off-licence, with an art gallery and theatre being located on the pub's upper floors.
