Knightsbrook, the popular Co.Meath resort that encompasses a 131 bedroom 4-star hotel, extensive conference and banqueting facilities, a health club/spa and an esteemed 18-hole golf course, has gone on the market with a guide price of €18 million.
Located in the town of Trim, Co. Meath, Knightsbrook originally opened its doors in 2006 and in the eleven years since, it has risen to become one of the most well-regarded resorts within striking distance of Dublin.
As reported by The Irish Times, estate agent Niamh Walsh of Cushman and Wakefield is handling the sale on behalf of the Cusack family, which already owns the Castle Arch in Trim, as well as the Ardboyne and Newgrange hotels in Navan. It is expected that there will be much interest from Irish and international investors in the property.
