Hammerson, on behalf of the Dundrum Partnership, has announced that a new Japanese Kitchen by J2 Sushi is to open at Dundrum Town Centre.
Founded in 2008 in Ireland by head chef and owner Jason Cheng, J2 Sushi serves sushi and bento. The new Dundrum branch will be located in a two-level 3,703 square foot on Pembroke Square.

Commenting on the news, Cheng said, "We are very excited to launch our new Japanese Kitchen restaurant at Dundrum Town Centre, as part of the growth plans for J2 Sushi. The Pembroke District is the perfect location for us, and we can’t wait to start serving our new sushi and bento, which are all created with the best quality locally-sourced ingredients."
