The Walter Raleigh Hotel of Youghal, Co. Cork, has been put on the market by CBRE with a guiding price of €2.5 million under instructions from Nick Ryan.
The 40-bedroom boutique hotel features a selection of en-suite rooms with sea views, a ground-floor ballroom with capacity for up to 300 people, and two restaurants entitled The Walter and Blackwater, respectively.
Additionally, the venue comes with fully-equipped modern kitchens and a rear car park, as well as offering easy access to Cork city and Waterford via the N25.
