The Bailie Hotel of Main Street, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan, is being sold via Tobin Estate Agents for €1.2 million.
A property that is currently laid out as 15 offices and that has planning permission in place for a change of use to eight one-bed short apartments with the ancillary office on the ground floor at 11 Ormond Quay Lower, Dublin 1, is being sold via Capel Abbey Limited for €1.3 million.
