Premier Suites will open its newest collection of luxury serviced apartments at Merrion Hall, Ballsbridge, Dublin on 8 September.
The unique Victorian property has been refurbished to create 46 suites, with some also enjoying private entrances and terraces. Its wide selection of accommodation coupled with its convenient location and easy access to the city centre is sure to make the Premier Suites Dublin Ballsbridge a popular choice for both corporate and longer staying leisure guests.
The suites include penthouse suites, loft style apartments as well as one and two bedroomed apartments. All come with fully fitted kitchens complete with top of the range appliances. Each suite also enjoys individual Wi-Fi bubbles and broadband, together with TVs offering movies on demand and 100 international channels.
The many facilities available to guests include a business centre, guest lounge and fitness centre. Guests will also be able to avail of a concierge service along with housekeeping, laundry/dry cleaning and grocery delivery services. The suites will create 10 new jobs for the area. Part of PREM Group, one of Ireland’s leading hotel management companies, Ballsbridge is the second location in Dublin for the Premier Suites brand, alongside Premier Suites Dublin Leeson Street.
