Renowned Dublin hotel The Dawson has been placed on the market for a guide price of €15 million.
The property, which comprises 36 bedrooms, the Dawson Spa, Sams Bar and the Dawson Brasserie, has been offered on instruction of the receiver, PwC.
The property also features a large Victorian Hall at the rear, formerly La Stampa restaurant, a 200-seater room that has been vacant since last Christmas.
Located on Dawson Street across from the Mansion House, the site is in one of the city's busiest tourism, business and entertainment areas, sitting near a number of major tourist sites as well as transport links.
Tom Barrett, head of hotels & leisure or Savills Ireland, said that he, along with joint sellers Morrisey's, are expecting "strong domestic and international interest" for the property.
The Dawson will be offered for sale by Public Tender with an expected deadline for bids of 17 June 2015.
