CBRE Hotels has received instructions to offer the Armagh City Hotel for sale with a guide price of £9 million (€10.7 million).
The hotel will be launched to the market at the end of July.

Conference Facilities
The 103-bedroom hotel offers numerous food and beverage options with five separate outlets.
The Armagh City Hotel also provides conference and banqueting accommodation, with the largest facility in Northern Ireland attached to a hotel, offering a capacity of up to 1,200 delegates.
Leisure Facilities
Leisure facilities are provided within the hotel including a fully equipped gym and fitness studios, with an excellent outside membership of approximately 650.
The hotel also offers a car park with 365 spaces.
'Strategically Located'
According to CBRE Hotels, the property is 'strategically located' in the city centre with very limited immediate competition.
The property advisors claim that the hotel benefits from extensive recent investment and will soon to be upgraded from three star to four star status.
Local Attractions
The Armagh City Hotel is adjacent to the Armagh Rugby Club and the County Armagh Golf Club.
It is also a short distance from a number of attractions including the Armagh Observatory and Planetarium, Navan Centre & Fort, and the Armagh County Museum.
