Tallaght's Plaza Hotel Complex Sold For Approximately €18m

The complex that houses the Plaza Hotel in the south Co. Dublin town of Tallaght has been purchased by Davy on behalf of a private client for approximately €18 million.

Located on Belgard Road, the complex includes the 122-bedroom Plaza Hotel, three floors of office space, three retail units and more than 500 car-parking spaces.

Short-Term Management Agreement

Tallaght's Plaza Hotel is currently being run under a short-term management agreement, which gives the complex's new owner the option to renew the current contract or seek vacant possession.
