The River Lee Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection, has been awarded for its excellence in service quality at a prestigious travel industry awards ceremony in Beijing.
The Bronze Award for Service Quality was presented to The River Lee Hotel by the Chinese Tourists Welcoming (CTW) Awards, which recognises organisations worldwide that go above and beyond to provide excellent products and services for Chinese travellers.
This is a huge achievement as China is becoming a hugely significant source of tourists in recent years. Winners of this award are entitled to membership of the CTW Award Winners Club which provides networking opportunities, press and online coverage in the region and use of the CTW Awards logo for marketing purposes.
