Co. Wicklow's Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Darrin Parrish as its new executive chef.
Originally from Sussex in the UK, Parrish was the opening chef for Dublin's Westin hotel and has also worked in hospitality venues in France, Australia, Korea, Jordan and Guam.
In his new role, Parrish will oversee all of the food and drink establishments at the Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa.

The resort's general manager Ian Wynne commented, "We are delighted to welcome Darrin to the resort team and the skills and talent which he brings with him."
