The Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links of north Co. Dublin has hit the market with a guide price of €50 million.
The property has been put up for sale by US real estate investment group Kennedy Wilson, which purchased it for €27 million in 2014.
Refurbishment
Since being acquired by Kennedy Wilson, the venue has had all of its 134 bedrooms, as well as its banqueting and conference facilities, upgraded. The real estate investment group also added a new spa to the property and enhanced its golf experience during a €11 million refurbishment programme.
