Permission Sought To Construct Mixed-Use Development With Hotel In Blarney

Irish Conference and Leisure Holdings Limited has applied for permission to construct a mixed-use development that would include an 80-bedroom hotel on the site of the former Blarney Park Hotel in Blarney, Co. Cork.

According to The Irish Examiner, the proposed hotel building would include a fitness facility and a rooftop garden.

Café, Supermarket, Office Building And Commercial Space

The proposed mixed-use development of which the hotel building would be a part would also include a café, a supermarket, an office building and 16,780 square metres of commercial space.

A decision on the planning application for the proposed development is due to be made by the end of October.
