Operating profit at Dublin Airport's Radisson Blu hotel increased by 30% to €2.6 million last year while revenue rose 1% to €14 million.
As reported by The Irish Independent, accounts for the venue reveal that its value rose by €6.1 million to €41.1 million during the last financial year, however, the hotel also amassed a €4.7 million loss for 2017 after shouldering €13.5 million in interest and similar charges.
Loans
Meanwhile, the company behind the Radisson Blu Dublin Airport, CG Hotels, has third-party loans amounting to €43.3 million and subordinated loans totalling close to€3.6 million.
