Lynam's Hotel on Dublin's O'Connell Street has been put up for sale with a guide price in excess of €4m by CBRE.
The four-storey hotel, which is currently not trading, extends to 1,280 square metres, has 42-bedrooms and a ground floor cafe/restaurant.
The property is adjacent to The Spire, GPO and is a short walk to tourist attractions such as Temple Bar, Trinity College, Guinness Storehouse and Grafton Street.
The hotel's proximity to the Dart, railway and bus services, as well as the Luas make it "an ideal location for visitors, with numbers set to increase with the opening of the Luas Cross City".
"The sale of Lynam’s Hotel offers an excellent opportunity to re-establish a thriving high occupancy business in one of the best and most central trading locations in Dublin city centre. The sale will generate keen interest from existing hotel operators and investors," said CBRE Hotels director John Hughes.
