Northern Irish investment firm Norlin Ventures has entered into a deal with Peterborough Investment Partnership to construct a £20 million Hilton Garden Inn hotel in the UK cathedral city of Peterborough.
The Belfast Telegraph reports that the nine-story venue will encompass 160 bedrooms as well as a sky bar and will be part of Norlin's Fletton Quay development.
Speaking about the proposed hotel, Norlin's Richard Irwin, said: "Our successful partnership with Hilton began with our acquisition of Hampton by Hilton Exeter Airport. Hilton Garden Inn Peterborough marks a further collaboration and we look forward to welcoming guests to what will be the city's finest hotel."
