Northern Ireland's Hotel Occupancy Level Was 23% In October

New figures from hotel industry market data company STR have revealed that Northern Ireland's hotel occupancy level was 23% in October.

As reported by The Irish News, occupancy levels in Belfast and Derry specifically dropped below 20% last month.

RevPAR And Expected Total 2020 Revenue

Meanwhile, revenue per available room (RevPAR) decreased by almost 54% year-on-year in Northern Ireland last month to £26.63 from £57.55 in October of 2019.

Total revenue for 2020 is expected to decrease by nearly £123 million to £77 million from almost £200 million last year.
