Nespresso Professional is collaborating with Dublin's five-star Marker Hotel for a Parisian gourmandise ‘Le Drunch’ dining experience, which will feature a Parisian-themed menu.
Inspired by the Parisian dining trend of combining lunch and dinner, The Marker Hotel's ‘Le Drunch’ will be hosted in the Brasserie Restaurant ‘Le Drunch’ is and complemented by a lively DJ set, with a menu created by executive head chef Gareth Mullins.
The menu features wild boar saucisson with white bean and garlic cassoulet accompanied by trout rillettes and short rib of beef with a Nespresso ristretto glaze, pomme mousseline and vichy carrots. Dessert is a traditional Paris Brest pastry with Nespresso Espresso ice-cream.

Commenting on the collaboration, Mullins said, “I was delighted to create a menu using Nespresso as an ingredient, it’s interesting to work with a coffee particularly suited to our Parisian menu. We are also excited to welcome DJ Sally Cinnamon to The Marker, her set will bring a lively vibe to ‘Le Drunch’. The Nespresso Parisian Gourmandise ‘Le Drunch’ will be the perfect way to kick off the party season.”
The Nespresso Parisian Gourmandise ‘Le Drunch’ with DJ Sally Cinnamon takes place on Sunday November 4, 11, 18 and 25 from 2-5pm. The cost is €35 per person and includes a Nespresso Martini and Nespresso coffee.
