Hotelier Michael Magner and his father-in-law Brian Scully have acquired full ownership of Co. Cork's Vienna Woods Hotel after buying out the Fitzgerald family for an undisclosed sum.
Magner purchased the hotel in partnership with The Fitzgerald family in 2006, and in the 13 years since, they have invested €5 million in the venue together, adding on a luxury ballroom and eight modern self-catering villas, bringing the total number of bedrooms on site to 77.
Further Investment
A further investment of €500,000 will be made by Magner and Scully over the coming months to deliver a refurbished foyer, conference suites, and occasion and dining space.
