The Marlin Group has announced plans to open a new hotel comprised of 300 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, meeting rooms, and a gym just off of Dublin's St. Stephens Green in the summer of 2019.
According to Doug Leddin, marketing director at the London-based Marlin Group who explains that Marlin Group, the company intends to introduce the concept of luxury living at competitive prices at its first hotel in the Irish capital, with the venue's location being chosen due to its close proximity to Luas lines, major bus routes and Dublin’s Air Coach Stop.

Marlin also plans to streamline the guest experience with self-check in counters and high-speed fibre optic broadband while each of the hotel's bedroom will feature an XL custom made bed, HD TVs with Netflix and over 100 channels, USB ports, ambient lighting and local art work.
Meanwhile, the hotel's bar and restaurant will have its own entrance off Aungier street and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as cocktails and an array of wine, gin and whiskey. Additionally, the bar will also feature a garden terrace and outdoor fireplace.
