Leixlip House Hotel in Leixlip, Co. Kildare has been offered by CBRE for an asking price of €1 million.
The hotel, an old Georgian manor house that was converted into a 19 bedroom property in 1996, is being sold by hotel and bar operator Towey Group, according to the Irish Times.
The hotel, which dates back to 1774 as a house, has 19 rooms as well as bar, lounge and function room. It has become a popular site for weddings in the area.
John Ryan of CBRE says the sale offers “an excellent opportunity to acquire a beautifully appointed and unique boutique hotel that oozes charm and character”.
