Operating profits at Co. Kildare's four-star Killashee House hotel rose to €1.99 million last year following a rise in revenues from €12.03 million to €12.12 million at hotel firm Craigfort Taverns Ltd.
Pre-Tax Profit And Staff Costs
The Irish Independent reports that the firm recorded a pre-tax profit of €1.49 million in 2017 after paying bank interest charges of €499,178 while the number of people employed at Killashee House rose from 143 to 158 last year with staff costs increasing from €4.51 million to €4.59 million.
Located close to Naas, the 141-bedroom Killashee House hotel is one of several hotels owned by Tetrarch Capital, with other venues including The Marker of Dublin, Mount Juliet of Kilkenny and the Powerscourt hotel of Co. Wicklow.
