Irish aparthotel operator Staycity has announced that it has opened a new-build property at Germany's Frankfurt Airport, which is its third opening in 2022, bringing its total apartment count up to 5,000.
Property Details
The new Frankfurt property, which is located within walking distance of Frankfurt Airport's Terminal 2, includes 269 apartments, a guest lounge, a gym, a grab and go pantry, a car park, a laundry room, a Staycafé that sells hot and cold drinks and snacks, and a 24-hour reception.
The new Frankfurt property is Staycity third location in Germany, where it opened a 48-apartment Wilde Aparthotel by Staycity at the former Checkpoint Charlie area on the Friedrichstrasse in central Berlin in 2019, a 299-room property in Heidelberg in June of last year.

Staycity now operates 30 properties across 14 European destinations, with further locations opening this year in Dublin, Paris and London. By the end of this year, the Irish aparthotel will operate 5,500 apartments across France, Germany, Ireland, Italy and the UK.
