The iNua Collection's management team has bought out the hotel chain's operating arm.
iNua directors Paul Fitzgerald and Sean O'Driscoll have taken over ownership of iNua Partnership from Noel Creedin. Fitzgerald is now chief executive of iNua Partnership and O'Driscoll is the new chief executive of iNua Hospitality plc, which is a separate legal entity that owns the hotel properties and counts iNua Partnership among its shareholders, while Creedon continues to serve as a director of iNua Hospitality.
Fitzgerald is also a director of iNua Hospitality.
"Carefully Designed"
The Irish Times quotes Fitzgerald as saying, "This MBO has been carefully designed to ensure continuity in the mandate from our investors under existing management in iNua. Sean and I look forward to working with the dynamic team that has been assembled and growing iNua's footprint in hospitality into this new decade."
"A Highly Effective Team"
Meanwhile, Creedon stated, "I have thoroughly enjoyed developing iNua over the past eight years as it has continued to expand. We have built a highly effective team that is committed to always delivering for our customers. I now look forward to supporting the executive team as part of the board of iNua Hospitality plc."
