iNua Hospitality has announced four new appointments to its senior management team as the company targets continued growth.
The new appointments join the company’s senior management team, which includes founder/CEO Noel Creedon and directors Paul Fitzgerald and Sean O’Driscoll.
The expansion of the team follows a strong financial performance for iNua Hospitality over the last four years and the recent acquisition of its seventh hotel, the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Co. Sligo. iNua Hospitality recorded an EBITDA of €7.1 million in 2017 and is targeting a 34% increase in EBITDA to €9.5 million by the end of 2022.
The first of the four new appointments are is Brenda Murphy, who has been appointed as group director of sales, marketing & yield. Murphy joins iNua Hospitality from Castlemartyr Resort in Co. Cork, where she was director of sales and marketing for over three years.
Joanna Hannick has taken on the position of group sales and marketing manager, having previously held senior sales and marketing roles with the Hudson Bay Group, Waterford Castle Hotel & Golf Resort and The Lyrath Hotel, Kilkenny.
Deirdre Buckley will be the group's new director of human resources and training, having accumulated prior hospitality sector experience as human resource manager at the Blarney Park Hotel, Co. Cork, Hotel Kilkenny and the Maldron Hotel Group.
Meanwhile, Eugene Harrington will serve as group financial controller, having previously held the same position at the Radisson Blu Hotel Little Island, the ILS Group and Kevin O’Leary Motor Group.
Commenting on the appointments, Creedon, said, “Brenda Murphy, Joanna Hannick, Deirdre Buckley and Eugene Harrington all bring exceptional knowledge and skills in their respective areas to the team and we look forward to working with them to deliver on our long-term growth strategy for the business.”
