For lovers of Irish seafood and champagne, the Bubbles & Pearls Supper Club will take place at the five-star g Hotel in Galway on Thursday 22 September, a day before the Galway International Oyster & Seafood Festival begins.

Head chef Dominique Majecki will host the second of the hotel's supper clubs in the surrounds of the Grand Salon and will be joined by local seafood suppliers who will share their own stories and experiences with guests.
