Dundrum House Hotel and Golf Resort in Co. Tipperary has been put up for sale with a €2.75 million guide price.
According to the Irish Examiner, the property, which consists of a Georgian country mansion, golf resort and holiday homes, is being sold by Savills on the instructions of the receiver. Dalata took over the running of the resort earlier this year.
The 220 acre property, which is situated near Cashel, comprises of a three-star hotel with 67 bedrooms, 16 self-catering apartments and six coach-house apartments, as well as an impressive golf course.
The package also includes conference facilities, bars, restaurants and a leisure centre. There is planning for a further hotel and conference centre, spa, all-weather sports field and golf academy. The hotel is also a popular wedding venue.
