The owner of Dublin's Morrison Hotel, Yelena Baturina, has reportedly instructed commercial real estate services firm CBRE to put the property on the market in the coming weeks.
It is understood by The Irish Times that the hotel's guide price will be between €80 million and €85 million.
Acquisition And Revamp
Baturina acquired The Morrison from Nama in 2012 for €22 million and it is believed that she spent up to €10 million revamping the venue in the year following her purchase of it.
