The Irish Independent has revealed that the five-star Marker Hotel of Dublin is being prepared for a potential sale at a guide price of between €120 million and €125 million.
The Marker Hotel is currently owned by Midwest Holding AG along with an investor group led by Brehon Capital Partners, and Brehon managing director Kevin McGillycuddy has confirmed that the sale of the hotel is currently being considered.
"Exploring A Potential Sale"
McGilllycuddy stated, "We have had several reverse enquiries over the past years given The Marker's reputation as one of Dublin's top hotel destinations. This has led us to begin exploring a potential sale at a later stage this year but no one has been formally appointed to date and there are many factors that will influence that ultimate decision."
