A ready-to-go site for a 149-unit aparthotel development in Dublin 8 has hit the market via estate agency CBRE.
According to The Irish Times, CBRE is quoting €5.75 million for the 0.5 acre site, which is located on Dublin's James Street.
Full Planning Permission
The site has full planning permission for a nine-storey apartment hotel with spaces for bicycles and ancillary retail at ground floor level.
The Irish Times notes that a purchaser could also seek permission for a residential scheme on the site.
