Dublin's five-star Conrad Hotel will reportedly hit the market for a figure between €120 million and €125 million in early 2019.
100% Ownership
According to The Irish Independent, CBRE's hotel division has been instructed by the hotel's three shareholders - Hilton Worldwide, the Cashel Fund and Aviva - to sell their respective interests, meaning potential buyers will have the opportunity to acquire 100% ownership of the venue.
CBRE declined to comment on the matter when contacted by The Irish Independent.
