After earlier this month revealing after-tax profits increased by €11.1 million to €31.1 million in the year ending of December 2015, the Irish-owned Doyle Collection Hotel Group has reportedly converted itself into an unlimited company.
The Irish Times today reports that Doyle Hotels (Holdings) Limited re-registered as an unlimited company last week, according to documents filed with the Companies Registration Office, adding that as a result the company will no longer have to lodge annual accounts with the office in Carlow, in a move that will "shield its financial performance from public view".
Doyle Hotels, which is run by the Doyle and Beatty families, declined to comment.
