Dalata Hotel Group has announced it has sold Kasterlee, the company which holds the leasehold interest in London's Croydon Park Hotel.
The hotel made a small loss of £20,000 in the six months to the end of June 2017.
Dalata's deputy CEO of business development and finance, Dermot Crowley, said: :I would like to thank the management and staff of the Croydon Park Hotel for the commitment and dedication shown while the hotel was part of Dalata Hotel Group".
The announcement of Dalata's sale of Kasterlee UK arrives in the wake of the news that Dalata agreed to the sale and leaseback of its Clayton Hotel in Cardiff to M&G Real Estate at the start of June.
